Fueled by entrepreneurial vision, Richard launched his own firm to serve the unique needs of small to mid-sized businesses across the Southeast. Under his guidance, the firm became a respected name in the Mobile, Alabama market—forming long-standing partnerships with community banks and delivering customized insurance solutions still used today.
A turning point came nearly a decade ago when Richard’s wife became disabled following a surgical procedure. Navigating her Medicare and disability insurance firsthand sparked a deep personal and professional shift. Using his financial planning background, Richard recognized critical gaps and opportunities in the Medicare system—leading him to open a local, brick-and-mortar agency dedicated to helping individuals in his community make informed healthcare choices.
